When will my order be processed?

We ship out all orders within 1-3 business days (we do not process orders during weekends or holidays).

 

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Your order is protected by our secured & insured delivery service. If your order gets lost in transit, we will immediately ship you a new item or issue a full refund.

If you didn’t receive your order due to an incorrect address, you will have to pick it up from your local post office yourself or arrange another delivery attempt.

NOTE - before placing an order double-check your contact information and make sure it’s correct!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The total delivery period is around 7-14 days.
