Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from one of the top-tier manufacturers we cooperate with, to the distribution center closest to your location. After that - straight to your doorstep.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship out all orders within 1 business day (we do not process orders during weekends or holidays). The total delivery period is around 7-14 days.

We cooperate with different manufacturers across the globe that have very strict quality control systems. We have so much trust in the products we sell, that if the item you’ve received is broken or defective - we are more than happy to ship you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 5 hours of the order date. If the cancellation request is received after more than 5 hours - you may be eligible for a restocking fee.
